Job ResponsibilitiesReview and moderate user-generated content such as text, images, videos, comments, and profiles . Check content against company community guidelines, policies, and quality standards . Identify and remove content that violates platform policies. Handle categories such as spam, harassment, hate speech, misinformation, inappropriate content, and other policy violations. Escalate sensitive or complex cases to the appropriate team. Make accurate decisions based on predefined moderation guidelines. Maintain required accuracy, productivity, and turnaround-time (TAT) targets. Document moderation decisions and update case details in internal systems. Stay updated with changes in moderation policies and guidelines. Maintain confidentiality of user and platform information. Work closely with quality, operations, and escalation teams. .
