Job Description
Sutherland is seeking detail-oriented and analytical individuals for the role of Content Moderator with a focus on Intellectual Property (IP). The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in moderating content related to copyright, trademark issues, IP appeals, and general IP concerns.
This role requires strong decision-making skills, good analytical ability, and a keen eye for content violations while working in a non-voice back-end workplace.

- Evaluate and resolve issues related to copyright infringement, trademark violations, and IP appeals.
- Investigate and act upon reports of intellectual property misuse.

- Document case actions and decisions accurately in internal systems.
- Ensure all decisions align with client guidelines and legal requirements.
