Manager Job Purpose The Continuous Improvement Analyst supports operational excellence by identifying, analyzing, and implementing process improvements across manufacturing operations. This role uses data-driven methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and root cause analysis to drive efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance product quality. The analyst collaborates with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Job Duties and Responsibilities Collect and interpret production, quality, and efficiency data to uncover trends and areas for improvement. Lead or support Kaizen events, process mapping, and improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma tools. Create dashboards and reports to track KPIs and measure the impact of improvement efforts. Work with production, engineering, quality, and leadership teams to implement and sustain process changes. Maintain accurate records of improvement activities, process changes, and standard work documentation. Education and Qualifications Bachelors degree or 4+ years of applicable experience 0+ years of experience Skills Strong ability to analyze data, identify root causes, and develop actionable solutions. Familiarity with continuous improvement tools and techniques, including value stream mapping, 5S, and DMAIC. Ability to lead meetings, present findings, and influence stakeholders across all levels of the organization. Skilled in managing multiple initiatives, tracking progress, and delivering results on time. Experience Level Mid Level .
