Job Role: Coordinate home loan and mortgage loan applications from login to disbursement. Coordinate with customers, banks, NBFCs, builders, and internal teams. Collect and verify required loan documents. Accountable for following up with banks and ensuring smooth flow of loan sanction, legal & technical clearance and loan disbursement. Handle customer queries and provide regular updates to customers & management. Maintain proper records and follow up on pending documents and cases. Key Requirement: Experience in Home Loan Telecalling is an added advantage. Good communication and follow-up skills. Knowledge of home loan/mortgage loan documentation and basic loan processing will be an advantage. Experience in coordinating with banks/NBFCs is preferred. Preferred Candidate: Experience: 1+ years in Home Loans/Mortgage Loans Strong customer relationship handling skills. Good knowledge of loan processes and documentation. Proficiency in Kannada & English is a must. .
