Position Profile
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Operations Executive / Junior HR
Generalist to support and execute end-to-end HR operations within a rapid-paced
financial services and skilled consulting workplace. The role will
involve collaboration and communication to business operational leaders and
employees, supporting talent acquisition, onboarding, employee lifecycle
management, employee relations, compliance, performance management, payroll
coordination, engagement initiatives, and HR operations.
The ideal candidate should possess strong interpersonal skills, a
employee-centric approach, and the ability to manage multiple HR processes while
ensuring code of conduct & compliance with organizational policies and
regulations.

Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
Support recruitment activities, scheduling, interviews, offer management, and
onboarding.
Support campus hiring and lateral recruitment initiatives on adhoc basis.
Employee Onboarding & Offboarding
Facilitate seamless onboarding for new employees.
Coordinate pre-joining documentation and induction programs.
Ensure completion of joining formalities and system access.
Manage employee exit processes, clearance formalities, and exit interviews.
Analyze attrition trends and recommend improvement actions.
HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle Management
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Process employee confirmations, transfers, promotions, and status changes.
Manage attendance, leave administration, and employee data accuracy.
Generate HR reports and dashboards for management review.
Support audits and compliance-related activities.
Employee Relations & Engagement
Act as the primary point of contact for employee queries and concerns.
Foster a positive employee experience and workplace culture.
