Role Description
Full-time, on-site Corporate Employee Benefits & Insurance Sales roles based in Gurugram, focused on acquiring and growing corporate accounts through consultative selling.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage B2B sales pipelines.
- Engage with CHROs, HR Heads, CFOs, Procurement leaders and business owners.
- Understand client requirements and design customised solutions.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closure.
- Drive new business, cross-sell and upsell across GMC, GTL, GPA, Top-Up, Wellness and other insurance products.
- Develop long-term corporate relationships and expand accounts.
Qualifications
- 3-8 years experience in B2B sales, preferably in corporate insurance, employee benefits, insurance broking, fintech or financial services. Industry experience is preferred.
- Proven sales track record with strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience engaging senior corporate decision-makers.
- Knowledge of GMC, GTL and employee benefits preferred.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Graduate degree; MBA preferred.
Role Level & Compensation
Opportunities available across AM, DM, AVP and VP levels, based on experience and suitability. Compensation will be aligned with current CTC, experience and role level, with the final designation and package determined during the selection process. .
