Job Description

Overview

As a Corporate Finance Manager at our company, you will play a vital role in managing financial planning, budgeting, reporting, and supporting critical treasury and corporate development functions. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading the annual budgeting process, quarterly forecasting, and long-range financial planning (LRP). - Performing in-depth variance analysis and providing actionable commentary to leadership on business performance. - Developing and maintaining complex financial models to evaluate capital investments, cost-saving initiatives, and business segment profitability. - Managing daily cash flow, optimizing working capital, and monitoring liquidity positions. - Supporting the Treasury team in managing bank relationships, negotiating credit facilities, and mitigating financial risks. - Ensuring timely and accurate preparation of management reports, including P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements. - Providing financial due diligence support for Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A), including target valuation and synergy modeling. - Analyzing and presenting the financial impact of strategic business decisions and capital allocation to senior management. Qualifications and Skills required for this role: - Full-time MBA/PGDM with a specialization in Finance from a premier institute. - 4-6 years of progressive experience in Corporate Finance, FP&A, Investment Banking, or Transaction Advisory. - Strong knowledge of financial statement analysis, valuation techniques, and corporate governance. - Exceptional attention to detail, strong analytical capabilities, and comfort working with large datasets. - Certification such as CFA, FRM, or CA/CMA is highly advantageous (preferred). - Experience with large-scale ERP systems (e.g., SAP FICO, Oracle) and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. - Experience in the BFSI or FinTech sector is a strong plus.
