01Overview
Key responsibilities:
Performance Management & Rewards:
- Lead annual/quarterly performance cycles: goal setting, calibrations, reviews, and feedback.
- Support compensation planning (increments, promotions, retention offers) with market benchmarking.
- Partner benefits, other salary related requirements; ensure fairness and transparency.
Employee Relations & Engagement:
- Managing disciplinary processes as and when needed.
- Conceptualize and enable execution of engagement agenda (pulse surveys, action planning etc).
- Drive culture-building interventions and leadership connects; track eNPS/engagement scores.
HR Budgeting:
- Prepare and monitor annual HR budgets for global markets, including headcount, compensation, benefits, and HR programs.
- Track variances, optimize costs, and provide insights for leadership decision-making.
Technology Adoption & HR Digital Transformation:
- Lead implementation and scale-up of integrated HR technology platforms (HRIS, performance systems, rewards tools).
- Standardize processes across geographies for efficiency and compliance.
- Ensure successful adoption through training, communication, and governance.
Educational Qualification:
- Graduate with MBA from Tier 1 College.
Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in consulting, Rewards COE. .
