Role Overview
**
You will be responsible for overseeing various HR processes and ensuring their smooth functioning within the organization. Your role will involve a deep understanding of HR operations and the ability to effectively manage relationships with teams, peers, seniors, management, and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
**
- Maintain a PSC of 50% and above
- Ensure indebtedness is less than 70%
- Conduct BSA (Bank Statement Analysis) with an average 6-month transaction rate of less than 3 times
- Demonstrate experience and a strong understanding of HR processes
- Be willing to relocate to any region as per business requirements
- Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications Required
**
- Currently working as AM Grade -I & above in Human Resources
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR
- Proficient in communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain effective working relationships with teams, peers, seniors, management, and business stakeholders
