General Manager/ Senior Manager/Assistant Vice President - Corporate Sales Business Development & Client Acquisition - Identify, target and acquire new corporate clients across sectors.
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets.Prepare and deliver customized insurance solutions to corporate clients. 2.
Client Relationship
Management - Build and maintain long-term relationships with key corporate accounts.
Coordinate with placement, operations and claims teams to ensure seamless client experience.Market & Product Knowledge - Maintain in-depth knowledge of insurance products, market trend and underwriting practices.Stay updated with IRDAI Sales Planning & Reporting - Prepare annual and quarterly sales plans and forecasts.Track performance metrics and provide regular sales reports to Reporting Head.Participate in business review meetings and contribute to strategic initiatives.Team Collaboration - Work closely with placement, claims and support teams for client deliverables.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Strong understanding of insurance products (Group Health, Property, Liability, Marine, etc.)Proven track record in B2B or corporate sales within insurance broking or insurance industry.Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
Qualifications & Experience:
Graduate / Postgraduate (MBA preferred).Minimum 79 years of experience in corporate insurance sales, preferably in an insurance broking environment.IRDAI Broker License or eligibility to obtain one.
