Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Corporate Sales Trainer role based in Nagpur. The Corporate Sales Trainer will design, deliver, and evaluate sales training programs for corporate teams, including workshops, role-plays, and coaching sessions. Responsibilities include assessing training needs, developing training materials and modules, and aligning content with organizational sales strategies and processes. The role involves facilitating sessions on sales techniques, customer service best practices, and effective communication, while monitoring performance improvements and providing feedback and ongoing support. The Corporate Sales Trainer will collaborate closely with sales leadership and HR to ensure training initiatives support business goals and are consistently implemented across the organization.
Qualifications
Demonstrated expertise in Sales Trainings and Corporate Training, with experience facilitating group sessions and workshops.Strong understanding of Sales Processes and Sales methodologies, with the ability to translate them into practical training content.Ability to train and coach teams in Customer Service practices that enhance client satisfaction and retention.Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with comfort speaking to diverse corporate audiences.Experience designing training curricula, manuals, and e-learning content, including assessments and feedback tools.Proven ability to analyze performance metrics and adjust training programs based on outcomes and stakeholder input.Bachelors degree in Business, Management, HR, or a related field; professional certifications in training or sales are an advantage.Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple training engagements on-site in Nagpur. .
