- Coordinate with HR teams for job openings and candidate requirements.
- Arrange interviews, campus drives, and corporate recruitment activities.
- Follow up with companies regularly and maintain professional communication.
- Build and maintain a database of corporate contacts and opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal placement and counselling teams to ensure smooth hiring processes.
- Prepare regular reports on corporate visits, leads, interviews, and placements.
- Achieve assigned corporate tie-up and placement targets.
- RequirementsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office/Google Sheets and basic computer skills.
- Confident in making calls, sending emails, and conducting meetings.
- Willingness to travel for corporate meetings when required.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.

- Preferred QualificationGraduate/MBA/PGDM in HR, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
