Corporate Trainer Sales & Operations

Job Overview Global Garner is looking for a dynamic and passionate Corporate Trainer Sales & Operations to train, mentor, and develop our Sales and Operations teams. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience in conducting product, sales, and process training. Key Responsibilities Conduct onboarding and product training for new employees. Train Sales teams on products, sales techniques, objection handling, and customer communication. Train Operations teams on SOPs, workflows, and internal processes. Develop training materials, presentations, assessments, and learning resources. Conduct refresher sessions and evaluate employee performance. Coordinate with Product, Sales, and Operations teams to ensure effective knowledge transfer. Maintain training records and submit progress reports. Requirements Bachelor's degree in any discipline. Minimum 2 years of experience as a Corporate Trainer, Sales Trainer, Product Trainer, or L&D Executive. Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
