Product/SKU-wise costing BOM, conversion cost, power cost per kg, machine-hour ratesInventory valuation (AVCO) monitoring and reconciliation with GL/Trial Balance; WIP, scrap and yield analysisMonthly material, labour and overhead variance analysis with root-cause commentaryCost MIS, contribution and margin analysis by product group, unit and branchInter-unit / branch-to-branch transfer pricing and cost reconciliationSupport budgeting, statutory/internal audit and month-end closingExperience working in ERP environment, RequirementsCMA (ICMAI) qualified mandatory13 years post qualification experience in a manufacturing environment.Standard costing, absorption costing, variance analysis, inventory valuationAdvanced Excel; Odoo experience preferredProduct costing experience mandatoryOnly candidates with relevant post qualification cost accounting experience will be consideredPreference will be given to candidates with hands on experience in cost accounting, cost analysis, product costing, budgeting, inventory valuation, manufacturing cost control .
