Ltd, Shanthinagar, Bengaluru Product : DEKO ( DEKO partitions India llp) Location : Langford Road, Shantinagar, Shankaran Complex Experience : Minimum 2 years Qualification : BE Civil Engineering About the Role : We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Cost Analyst to support product costing and pricing for our Interior Glass Partitions & Doors business. The role involves preparing accurate product cost estimates, analysing material and manufacturing costs, maintaining costing databases, and working closely with Sales, Procurement, Engineering, and Production teams to ensure competitive pricing while maintaining profitability. Responsibilities : Prepare detailed product cost sheets for glass partitions, glass doors, hardware, aluminium profiles, and related accessories. Analyze Bills of Materials (BOMs), drawings, and specifications to determine product costs. Estimate material, labor, machining, fabrication, finishing, packaging, transportation, and installation costs. Coordinate with Procurement to obtain vendor quotations and evaluate supplier pricing. Support the Sales team by providing accurate costing for tenders and customer quotations. Maintain standard cost databases and update costs based on market fluctuations. Perform cost variance analysis between estimated and actual project costs. Identify cost-saving opportunities through value engineering and product optimization. Work with Design and Engineering teams during new product development to establish target costs. Prepare profitability analysis by product, customer, and project. Generate periodic costing reports and management dashboards. Ensure costing complies with company policies and commercial guidelines. Assist in annual budgeting, forecasting, and product pricing reviews. Monitor fluctuations in raw material prices such as glass, aluminium, hardware and etc. Qualifications BE Civil Engineering Minimum 2 years of experience in estimation and design Proficiency in cost analysis tools (Advanced Excel, Word, Power Point) & AutoCAD Knowledge of mathematical skills, glass partition systems and construction materials Strong analytical skills and attention to mathematical detail. Compensation: 20,000.00 - 30,000.00 per month Work Location: In person .
