01Responsibilities
Prepare detailed cost plans, budgets, and estimates for hospitality projects from concept to completion
Develop and review BOQs, tender documents, and contracts for civil and interior works
Lead tendering, bid analysis, negotiations, and finalization of contractors and vendors
Monitor project costs, cash flow, and variations, ensuring adherence to approved budgets
Implement value engineering initiatives to optimize cost while maintaining design and quality standards
Evaluate change orders, claims, and variations, and provide cost impact assessments
Coordinate with design consultants, architects, interior designers, project managers, and site teams
Track procurement schedules, material costs, and vendor performance
Prepare monthly cost reports, forecasts, and final accounts
Ensure compliance with company policies, contracts, and statutory requirements
Support management with financial risk assessment and mitigation strategies
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of hospitality construction and interior fit-out costs
- Expertise in cost planning, estimation, billing, and contract administration
- Proficiency in MS Excel, estimation software, and ERP systems
- Excellent understanding of materials, specifications, and market rates
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Detail-oriented with strong reporting and documentation skills
Preferred Experience
- Experience in luxury hotels, resorts, branded hospitality projects
- Exposure to pre-contract and post-contract cost management
