Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Costing Analyst role based in Delhi, India.
The Costing
Analyst will be responsible for preparing and analyzing cost sheets, monitoring production and material costs, and supporting pricing decisions. The role includes reviewing cost variances, assisting in budgeting and forecasting activities, and collaborating with finance and operations teams to improve cost efficiency.

Analyst will also support cost audits, ensure adherence to internal controls, and provide regular cost-related reports to management for decision-making.
Qualifications
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret cost data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
Proficiency in cost control and cost management to monitor expenses, optimize resource utilization, and support profitability goals.
Solid knowledge of cost accounting principles and practices, including standard costing and variance analysis.
Foundational understanding of finance, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting related to costing.
Relevant academic background such as a degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field; professional certifications are an advantage.
Experience with ERP systems and spreadsheet tools for cost tracking and analysis.
Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Ability to communicate cost findings clearly to both financial and non-financial stakeholders. .
