01Key Responsibilities
Prepare and manage cost accounting reports and budgets.Analyze cost structures and financial performance.Monitor and report on cost variances and financial discrepancies.Coordinate with various departments to collect financial data.Assist in developing and implementing cost control measures.Provide detailed financial analysis to management for decision-making.Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.Safety First: Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world class safety culture.Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications: Bachelors degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.4-5 years of cost accounting or financial analysis experience in a manufacturing environment.Proficiency in financial software SAP-FICO and Microsoft Excel.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.Compensation: INR 10Lakhs to 12Lakhs per AnnumWhy choose Weir:Be part of a global organization dedicated to building a better future: At Weir, the growing world depends on us.
