Job Description (JD) SAP Counsellor
Experience 2 3 Years of experience in Education Counseling, EdTech Sales, Career Counseling or SAP Training Sales.
* Prior experience in SAP training institutes or IT training organizations will be preferred.

Job Summary - The SAP Counsellor is responsible for guiding aspiring professionals and students in choosing the right SAP certification program converting inquiries into admissions, and achieving monthly enrollment targets. The role requires excellent counseling, sales, and relationship building skills to help candidates make informed career decisions.

Key Responsibilities -
* Call and follow up on all assigned leads from various sources.
* Convert inquiries into successful admissions for SAP training programs.
* Counsel students and working professionals on SAP career opportunities and suitable modules (SAP FICO, SAP MM, SAP SD, SAP ABAP, SAP SuccessFactors, etc.)
* Understand candidates' educational background, work experience, and career goals to recommend the most suitable SAP course.
* Handle walk-in inquiries and online counseling sessions.
* Schedule demo classes and one-on-one counseling meetings.
* Explain course curriculum, certification, placement support, batch schedules, fees, and available offers.
* Maintain accurate daily call logs, follow-up reports, and CRM updates.
* Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly admission and revenue targets.
* Coordinate with trainers, the academic team, and operations for smooth admissions and batch management.
* Follow up with pending, lost, and existing leads to maximize conversions.
* Support marketing campaigns, seminars, webinars, education fairs, and promotional events.
