Flytouch Overseas is a leading consultancy firm specializing in overseas education and study visa services. With a proven track record of success and a commitment to helping students achieve their dreams, we're expanding our team and looking for a dynamic Telecaller + Consultant to join us.
As a Telecaller + Consultant at Flytouch Overseas, you will play a pivotal role in assisting aspiring students in their journey to study abroad. You will be responsible for:
- Conducting outbound calls to prospective students.
- Providing information about our services, including study options, visa procedures, and scholarships.
- Assessing students' educational backgrounds and aspirations.
- Offering tailored guidance and solutions to help students choose the right educational path.
- Maintaining accurate records of student interactions and progress.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in telecalling or consulting, preferably in the field of overseas education.
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of additional languages is a plus).
- Knowledge of study visa procedures and international education systems.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with students.
- Results-oriented and target-driven.
- A passion for helping students achieve their educational goals.

Compensation: 20,000.00 - 35,000.00 per month
