Engage with prospective clients or students through phone calls, emails, and other communication channelsProvide accurate and detailed information about our programs, services, and benefitsAddress inquiries, concerns, and questions in a professional and friendly mannerMaintain a positive and approachable demeanor to create a favorable impressionKeep records of interactions, inquiries, and follow-up actions using CRM softwareCollaborate with the counseling and admissions teams to ensure a seamless transition for interested individualsAchieve and exceed individual targets for inquiries, conversions, and customer satisfactionProvide feedback and insights to enhance the telecalling process and materialsQualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (eg, Education, Counseling, Communications)Proven experience as a Counselor, Telecaller, or customer service representative is a plusExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenEmpathetic and patient attitude to understand and address the needs of clients or studentsStrong interpersonal skills to build rapport and trust over the phone and in-personFamiliarity with counseling techniques, educational programs, and admissions processesProficiency in using CRM software, communication tools, and Microsoft OfficeTime management skills to effectively manage counseling sessions or telecalling interactionsPositive attitude, enthusiasm, and commitment to delivering outstanding customer service .
