Role Overview We're looking for a Graphic + Motion Designer who pairs strong visual craft with movement. You'll bring Ithi's earthy, cinematic, tactile world to life across brand visuals, graphics, and motion. Someone who understands colour, form, texture, and shape as fundamentals, and knows how to make them move with intention and soul. Key Responsibilities Design graphics, brand assets, and visual content rooted in Ithi's aesthetic. Create motion pieces animations, transitions, and micro-interactions. Apply brand elements like sacred geometry, film textures, and handcrafted type. Collaborate with the branding and creative teams to keep a consistent visual voice. Most Important Skills Solid visual craft: colour, form, texture, shape, and composition. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator). Motion skills in After Effects;
working knowledge of Premiere Pro. A strong portfolio showing both graphic design and motion work. Nice to Have 3D or advanced motion-graphics skills (a plus, not required).
