We're looking for a Creative Production Junior who is organized, proactive, and excited to work behind the scenes to make every production successful.
Role Overview
As a Creative Production Junior, you'll work closely with the Senior Production Manager and creative team to plan, coordinate, and execute shoots. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, loves working with people, and thrives in a fast-paced creative setting.
No two days are the sameyou could be coordinating a creator shoot one day and planning logistics for a brand campaign the next.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing production shoots from pre-production to final delivery.
- Coordinate with creators, scriptwriters, editors, videographers, and internal teams.
- Support the Senior Production Manager in managing day-to-day production activities.
- Plan shoot schedules, call sheets, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Book travel, accommodation (Airbnb/Hotels), and transportation for production teams.
- Coordinate locations, props, equipment, and production logistics.
- Manage production calendars, trackers, documentation, and project updates.
- Handle production-related emails, vendor communication, and follow-ups.
- Ensure shoots run smoothly by resolving operational challenges on the spot.
- Track invoices, production expenses, and vendor payments.
- Maintain clear communication across creative, production, and business teams.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time while maintaining quality standards.
