Creator Partnerships & Operations Executive

Job Title: Junior Creator Partnerships & Operations Executive (Mumbai) Location: Mumbai (On-ground) About the Role We're looking for a highly driven, resourceful, and people-first individual to join Dot Media's Creator Partnerships team in Mumbai. This is an execution-heavy role where you'll be responsible for discovering creators, onboarding them, managing brand campaign execution, and building relationships with the local creator ecosystem. Key Responsibilities Creator Discovery & Onboarding Scout and onboard emerging creators, influencers, and artists across Mumbai. Identify creators across Instagram, YouTube, and other relevant platforms based on campaign requirements. Introduce new talent to the Dot Media ecosystem and guide them through the onboarding process. Brand & Market Scouting Identify and research brands operating in Mumbai that could be potential collaborators. Build and maintain a database of local businesses, brands, and creator opportunities. Share market insights and emerging trends with the team. Campaign Execution Own the end-to-end execution of creator campaigns. Coordinate with creators to ensure timely delivery of content. Track campaign timelines, approvals, revisions, and final submissions. Act as the bridge between creators, internal teams, and brand expectations to ensure smooth execution. Creator Relationship Management Be the primary point of contact for creators after onboarding. Build long-term relationships and maintain regular engagement with creators. Resolve day-to-day creator queries and ensure a positive collaboration experience. Payment & Operations Follow up with creators and internal teams to ensure timely processing of payments. Maintain accurate records of campaign deliverables, invoices, and payment status. Support operational processes to improve campaign efficiency. Brief-Based Talent Sourcing Scout relevant creators based on campaign briefs across different cities and categories. Create curated creator lists that match brand objectives, audience, and budget. Creative Collaboration Work closely with the creative and strategy teams to help creators understand campaign briefs. Support creators in developing content that aligns with brand objectives while maintaining authenticity. Ensure content meets quality, platform, and brand standards. Wearing Multiple Hats As part of a fast-growing team, you'll also support: Creator research Shoot coordination Campaign reporting Internal documentation Brief creation and communication Process improvement and team operations Who We're Looking For 02 years of experience in influencer marketing, creator management, digital marketing, or operations. Freshers with a strong interest in the creator economy are also encouraged to apply. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Passion for social media, creator culture, and digital content. Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously. Self-starter who is comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment. Based in Mumbai and willing to travel locally to meet creators and brands when required. .
