01Overview
:
- Catering to the financial needs of the Stock and Commodity Brokers, NBFCs, Mutual funds and other Real Estate and Advisory companies.
- Completing loan applications, including credit analyses and summaries of loan requests, and submit to loan committees for approval in minimum TAT.
- Preparation of Credit Memo basis assessment of various financial statements, background check of Borrower risk based on information from Exchange sites, MCA, Regulators sites; determine internal ratings for Bank using RAM designed by CRISIL. Discussions with the management teams of companies to understand their strategy and business model.
- Examining external ratings and reports provided by rating agencies like CRISIL, ICRA related to companies and industry for wide based and informed view.
- Providing on-going Monitoring & Surveillance of assigned portfolio, including rating changes, financial development, and news events.
- Confer with credit association (CIBIL) and other business representatives to exchange credit information.
- Strict compliance with RBI exposure norms and guidelines.
- Preparing complete term sheet and co coordinating with post sanction departments for timely disbursements. .
