Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
Credit Appraisal & Underwriting
Analyze loan proposals from builders, developers, and real estate companies.
Conduct detailed due diligence on financials, project cash flows, repayment capacity, and collateral.
Prepare Credit Appraisal Memorandums (CAM) and recommend credit limits in line with risk appetite.
Risk Assessment & Monitoring
Evaluate project feasibility, approvals, land titles, and legal documentation.
Identify key risks (market, execution, regulatory) and propose mitigants.
Conduct regular portfolio monitoring, review early warning signals, and track project progress.
Market & Sector Analysis
Keep track of real estate sector developments, demandsupply dynamics, and pricing trends.
Benchmark proposals against market peers and internal lending norms.
Stakeholder Management
Liaise with business teams, legal, technical, and risk partners for end-to-end assessment.
Present proposals to the Credit Committee and defend recommendations.
Compliance & Governance
Ensure adherence to internal credit policies, RBI/NBFC regulations, and audit guidelines.
Maintain proper credit files, documentation, and data accuracy. .
