Credit Analyst/Credit Manager - Project Finance

Job Description : Job Title : Credit Analyst / Credit Manager Project Finance Location : Hyderabad Department : Credit / Project Finance Job Summary : We are seeking experienced professionals for our Credit Team specializing in Project Finance and Large Loan Processing. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in credit appraisal, financial analysis, due diligence, and loan structuring for projects with exposure above 10 crores. This is a specialized role and candidates with experience limited to Retail Loans (Business, Personal, Auto, or Unsecured Loans) will not be considered. Key Responsibilities : - Conduct detailed credit appraisal and financial analysis for project finance proposals above 10 crores. - Evaluate borrower creditworthiness using financial statements, projections, and cash flow analysis. - Prepare comprehensive credit reports, risk assessments, and sanction memos for approval committees. - Conduct industry, business, and financial risk analysis for each project. - Coordinate with internal stakeholders for loan structuring, documentation, and disbursement. - Liaise with legal, technical, and valuation agencies for due diligence reports. - Monitor portfolio performance and identify early warning signals in existing accounts. - Ensure full compliance with internal credit policies and regulatory guidelines (RBI / Bank norms). Candidate Profile : - Education : CA / MBA (Finance) / CFA or equivalent qualification. - Experience : 4 - 10 years in Credit / Project Finance within Banks, NBFCs, or Financial Institutions. - Proven track record of handling large ticket project finance proposals (10 crore and above). - Strong knowledge of balance sheet analysis, financial ratios, and credit risk assessment. - Excellent report-writing and presentation skills. - Attention to detail, analytical mindset, and sound judgment.
