Credit Analyst-Real Estate

- Preliminarily screen commercial real estate financing transactions and structure deals - Interact with internal teams and clients to provide timely solutions - Conduct credit analysis, due diligence, and prepare Credit & Risk Assessment Notes - Present proposals to sanctioning authorities and prepare review and renewal credit reports - Monitor loan portfolio for risks and stay informed about real estate markets and regulations - Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations in credit administration Qualification Required: - Chartered Accountant with 8-10 years of experience - Desire and attitude for understanding real estate - Proficiency in Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, financial modeling, and knowledge of finance, accounting, law, and taxation - Results-oriented with excellent oral and written communication skills Additional Company Details: - Salary range: As per company policy - Target: Internal Group In this role, you will need to have an analytical mindset, enthusiasm for learning, dedication to tasks, organizational discipline, accuracy in execution, and be a team player.
