01Key Responsibilities
Conduct detailed credit assessments of corporate clients by analyzing financial performance, business operations, industry trends and peer performance.
Analyze financial statements, financial ratios, cash flows and overall creditworthiness of borrowers.
Prepare credit memos, underwriting papers, renewal proposals and New-to-Bank (NTB) requests.
Support the Business team with financial spreading, data verification and documentation checks.
Evaluate proposed lending structures, exposures and associated credit risks.
Coordinate with Legal and Operations teams to ensure facility and security documentation is accurate and aligned with approved terms.
Monitor portfolio performance through covenant tracking, exposure monitoring and early-warning indicators.
Ensure compliance with approved credit conditions, internal credit policies and controls.
Identify and elevate credit risks, deviations and exceptions when required.
Work closely with Business, Risk and support teams for smooth and controlled credit execution.
Maintain accurate credit documentation and support governance and audit requirements.
Must-Have
02Requirements
26 years of experience in Corporate Credit / Credit Analysis.
Hands-on experience in corporate credit memo writing.
Strong understanding of financial analysis, financial ratios and cash-flow analysis.
Good knowledge of corporate finance, lending structures and banking products.
Strong experience in financial modelling and MS Excel.
Ability to perform financial spreading and data validation.
Good understanding of credit policies, controls and documentation standards.
Strong analytical and riskassessment skills.
Ability to work with Business, Risk, Legal and Operations teams.
Corporate Banking experience is preferred.
Qualification:
MBA/PGDM in Finance, CA, CFA, FRM or equivalent financial qualification. .
