01Requirements
Education: At least Senior High School (SHS) graduate (mandatory).
Experience: Minimum 6 months of BPO experience (required). Financial services background preferred.
Communication: Fluent in English with strong verbal and written communication skills.
Typing Speed: Minimum 35 words per minute with accuracy.
Skills:
Excellent attendance record.
Strong active listening and call-handling skills.
Ability to multitask typing while communicating clearly and effectively.
Organized, self-motivated, and able to manage high work volume with precision.
Attention to detail and adherence to process compliance.
Confidence, adaptability, and a positive attitude under pressure.
Work Setup: On-site (Work from Office Navi Mumbai).
Shift: Must be flexible to work nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
