Credit Control Manager

A Credit Control Manager (CCM) is responsible for managing customer credit policies and ensuring timely collection of outstanding payments in transport and logistics operations. The role includes evaluating customer creditworthiness, approving credit limits, monitoring accounts receivable, following up on overdue invoices, coordinating with sales and operations teams, resolving billing disputes, and minimizing bad debts. The Credit Control Manager prepares aging reports, analyses customer payment trends, maintains compliance with company financial policies, supports cash flow management, and develops effective collection strategies to improve financial stability while maintaining positive customer relationships.
