Key Responsibilities
- Prepare Credit Appraisal notes for Large Corporates
- Analyze financial data to evaluate solvency, liquidity, and repayment capacity
- Present proposals to sanctioning forums and obtain necessary approvals
- Interact with approving authorities to provide required information and insights
- Manage portfolio renewals and enhancements
- Align decision-making with business requirements while adhering to policies
- Lead a team of 3-4 members for efficient credit management
- Collaborate with business teams on risk assessments and terms negotiation
- Communicate with customers to gather information for Credit Risk Assessment Notes (CRANs)
- Monitor accounts as per sanctioning authority terms and prepare monitoring reports
- Address non-compliance issues with appropriate action plans
- Conduct unit visits and submit inspection reports
- Handle escalations related to risk assessments effectively
Qualifications Required
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Chartered Accountant or MBA qualification
- Strong analytical skills
- Understanding of working capital products
