Role & responsibilities
Monitor loan portfolios to ensure that PAR (Pertaining to Amount on Record) and NPA
(Non- Performing Assets) levels remain within budgeted and company norms.
Conduct detailed risk assessments and develop recovery strategies for the portfolio.
Underwrite MSME loans (term loans, working capital loans) after thorough scrutiny of documents, CIBIL analysis, and KYC procedures.
Perform detailed business analysis to approve or enhance loan limits, ensuring profitability and minimizing risk.
Ensure strict adherence to the company's credit policies and processes.
Maintain quality of the loan portfolio as per company standards and guidelines
Communicate effectively with clients to gather information, explain credit decisions, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales and operations, for a smooth credit approval process.
Ensure that all activities related to credit, from application to disbursement, meet predefined turnaround times.
