01Responsibilities
Credit appraisal of loan applications within defined guidelines and decision-making or recommending for approval to higher authorities.
Provide transparent opinions and highlight critical risks with suitable mitigants regarding proposed transactions, covering business model, industry risk, structure, bank conduct, and financial risk.
Ensure awareness of the proposed product and its suitability to client requirements.
Conduct personal discussions with customers to establish creditworthiness.
Timely renewal of credit facilities and management of deferrals.
Early warning signal (EWS) management and customer visits for key and high-value relationships.
Maintain defined credit and end-to-end turnaround times (TATs) to ensure timely service to internal and external customers.
Coordinate with counterparts in Business, Operations, Legal, Technical, and other relevant departments.
Ensure timely submission of all credit-related MIS reports.
Maintain area knowledge to support credit decisions.
Education Qualification:
Graduation: BA / BCom / BBA / BSc / BTech / BE or any other graduate.
Experience: 2 to 5 years of experience.
