Role Description The Credit Officer will be responsible for evaluating home loan applications, assessing creditworthiness, and recommending appropriate loan structures in line with company policies and risk frameworks. Day-to-day work includes analyzing financial documents, verifying applicant information, conducting field visits when required, and preparing detailed credit appraisal reports. The role requires close coordination with branch teams, operations, and management to ensure timely sanctioning and disbursement of loans while maintaining portfolio quality. The Credit Officer will also monitor existing accounts, track repayment trends, and support remedial actions for early warning cases. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Tadpatri. Qualifications Strong analytical and quantitative skills for assessing financial statements, repayment capacity, and credit risk. Knowledge of housing finance products, mortgage processes, and regulatory norms relevant to the Indian financial services sector. Ability to prepare clear, structured credit appraisal notes and maintain accurate documentation and records. Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers, branch staff, and senior management. Detail-oriented approach, sound judgment, and high ethical standards in credit decision-making. Proficiency in basic computer applications and comfort working with loan management and reporting systems. Bachelors degree in Finance, Commerce, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant certifications in credit or risk management are an advantage. Prior experience in housing finance, retail lending, or banking credit roles is preferred. .
