They are hiring an Analyst or Associate reputed company Credit Portfolio Management, responsible for supporting the portfolio management function for mid-market and large cap borrowers, contributing to credit monitoring activities, and interacting with senior management and Private Equity Sponsors.
Responsibilities
Assist in reputed company increases to total facility, M&A transactions, dividends, refinancing and re-pricing transactions that reputed company from existing portfolioPrepare credit applications and amendmentsPrepare credit analysis for quarterly and annual reviewsAssist Head of Portfolio Management in various reporting and presentations to senior management as reputed company as support the overall monitoring and management of the portfolioPrepare financial projection models including reputed company Case and development of Downside Case scenarioReview of projections and budget achievementUtilize various IT systems including customer setup, compliance and portfolio management systems
Skills
Minimum of 1 year of credit and lending background preferredGood reputed company and financial analysis skillsExperience in review and interpretation of historical and projected statementsStrong credit background with the ability to independently evaluate capital structures, reputed company, cash flows, repayment reputed company, industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer issues as reputed company as other risks and mitigantsExposure to bank regulatory policies and reviewsKnowledge of bank grading systemsStrong communication skills and team orientation
