Job Title: Housing Loan Back Office Operations Executive (Assamese / Odia/Odiya)
Location: Kolkata (Salt Lake Sector-V)

(Monday to Saturday: 9.30 AM to 6 PM)
Must be proficient in Assamese or Odia/Odiya (limited to reading).
Job Summary
We are hiring Commerce/Finance graduates for Housing Loan Back Office Operations. The role involves processing home loan files, verifying customer documents, maintaining MIS records, and supporting end-to-end backend operations. Freshers with good analytical skills and proficiency in Assamese or Odia are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
Process housing loan application files accurately.
Verify customer documents and ensure compliance with banking guidelines.
Perform data entry and maintain operational records.
Coordinate with internal teams for file processing and query resolution.
Ensure quality checks and timely completion of assigned cases.
Update MIS and maintain confidentiality of customer information.
Eligibility
Graduate in Commerce, Finance, B.Com, BBA (Finance), M.Com, MBA (Finance), or equivalent. Graduate in
Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of banking/BFSI back-office experience can apply.
Good knowledge of MS Excel and computer applications.
Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
Preferred Skills
Basic understanding of banking products, housing loans, or financial documentation.
Good communication and analytical abilities.
Ability to work in a process-driven environment.
