Key Responsibilities
- Train students and job seekers in Credit Processing operations
- Explain loan processing workflows and banking documentation
- Teach credit verification, KYC, CIBIL basics, and compliance procedures
- Conduct mock interviews and practical sessions
- Prepare training materials, assessments, and reports
- Guide candidates for placements in Banks, NBFCs, and BPO sectors
- Monitor candidate performance and improve training outcomes
- Coordinate with placement and operations teams
Required Skills
- Solid knowledge of Banking & NBFC processes
- Experience in Loan Processing / Credit Operations
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Understanding of KYC, financial documents, and verification process
- Ability to handle classroom and online training
- MS Excel & reporting knowledge preferred
Eligibility
- Any Degree / MBA preferred
- Experience in Banking, NBFC, Loan Processing, or BFSI Training
- Freshers with strong domain knowledge can also apply
Preferred Candidates
- Previous experience as a trainer or team leader
- Candidates from Banking BPO / Loan Processing background
- Passionate about teaching and mentoring students
