Train students and job seekers in Credit Processing operationsExplain loan processing workflows and banking documentationTeach credit verification, KYC, CIBIL basics, and compliance proceduresConduct mock interviews and practical sessionsPrepare training materials, assessments, and reportsGuide candidates for placements in Banks, NBFCs, and BPO sectorsMonitor candidate performance and improve training outcomesCoordinate with placement and operations teamsRequired Skills
Strong knowledge of Banking & NBFC processesExperience in Loan Processing / Credit OperationsGood communication and presentation skillsUnderstanding of KYC, financial documents, and verification processAbility to handle classroom and online trainingMS Excel & reporting knowledge preferredEligibility
Any Degree / MBA preferredExperience in Banking, NBFC, Loan Processing, or BFSI TrainingFreshers with strong domain knowledge can also applyPreferred Candidates
Previous experience as a trainer or team leaderCandidates from Banking BPO / Loan Processing backgroundPassionate about teaching and mentoring studentsSalary & Benefits
