Job Title: CRM Executive (Blended Process) Location: Thane West (Wagle Estate) Experience: 1+ Year Qualification: HSC & Above Salary: 22,000 25,000 In-hand Working Days: 5 Days Shift: 247 Rotational About the Role We are looking for a CRM Executive to handle customer queries through chat, email, and voice support while ensuring excellent customer service and timely issue resolution. Key Responsibilities Handle customer queries via chat, email, and voice. Resolve customer issues and maintain high service standards. Update customer interactions in the CRM system. Coordinate with internal teams for query resolution. Ensure timely follow-ups and case closures. Desired Candidate Profile HSC Pass or above. Minimum 1 year of recent experience in Chat, Email, Customer Service, or Blended Process. Good communication and typing skills. Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office. Willingness to work in 247 rotational shifts. Must Have: Minimum 1 year of recent experience in Chat, Email, Customer Service, or Blended Process with good communication skills and the ability to work in rotational shifts. Nice to Have: Experience using CRM tools, BPO background, and good multitasking and customer handling skills. .
