Job Description CRM Executive Company: Well & Wall Location: Vellore Position: CRM Executive Salary: 8,000 12,000 per month, based on interview performance and experience Job Summary: We are looking for a confident and well-communicating CRM Executive to manage reception activities, handle clients, make follow-up calls, and support day-to-day office activities. The candidate should be bold, confident, polite, and comfortable interacting with clients . Roles & ResponsibilitiesHandle the reception area and welcome clients professionally. Attend and manage incoming calls and respond to client enquiries. Make follow-up calls to existing and potential clients. Handle basic client coordination and communication . Understand client requirements and coordinate with the concerned team. Maintain client details, follow-up records, and basic CRM data. Coordinate appointments, meetings, and client visits. Support day-to-day office and administrative activities . Maintain a professional relationship with clients and visitors. Follow up with clients regarding requirements, meetings, and updates. Support the team with other CRM and office-related tasks as required. Required Skills & Qualifications Good communication skills verbal and written. Bold and confident personality must be comfortable speaking with clients. Good client-handling and interpersonal skills. Basic computer knowledge. Ability to make professional phone calls and follow-ups. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Fresher or experienced candidates can apply.
