Key Responsibilities
Statutory Compliance & Corporate Governance
Maintain registers: Track statutory books, member databases, and shareholder records.File returns: Prepare and submit annual financial filings and statutory forms.Monitor laws: Stay updated on corporate acts, labour laws, and tax rules.Audit processes: Review internal workflows to prevent legal defaults or compliance breaches.Board & Stakeholder Management
Organize meetings: Coordinate Board of Directors and Annual General Meetings (AGMs).Draft documentation: Prepare clear meeting agendas, corporate resolutions, and official minutes.Advise executives: Guide senior leadership on legal responsibilities and corporate policies.Manage communications: Act as the liaison for shareholders, auditors, and regulators.Legal & Advisory Services
Draft agreements: Formulate commercial contracts, leases, and joint venture documentation.Oversee restructurings: Advise on capital market issues, public offers, mergers, or buybacks.Insurance Knowledge:
Solid understanding of underwriting guidelines, policy forms, and indemnity concepts.
Communication:Strong verbal and written skills to explain technical policy jargon to non-experts.
Negotiation: Ability to advocate for clients during tough underwriting cycles or claim dispute
Compensation: 20,000.00 - 25,000.00 per month
