As a Customer Sales Representative, your role involves working directly with customers over the telephone to effectively communicate information about products and services, with the aim of convincing potential and existing customers to make purchases. Your responsibilities include educating customers on various product offerings and services to enhance their online presence, providing explanations on pricing, and addressing customer queries to strengthen the customer relationship. Additionally, you will be required to follow up with customers via telephone after initial contact, identify customer concerns, offer suitable solutions through upselling additional products or services, secure customer commitment, and facilitate product delivery. Continuous product education is essential to ensure efficient customer service during calls, and maintaining accurate daily records in the tracker is crucial for monitoring and tracking customer interactions.To excel in this role, you should possess at least 1 year of experience in an international call center environment, demonstrate strong customer service and telemarketing skills, be proficient in using web-based applications and Windows operating systems, handle sensitive client information with care, and exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Problem-solving and decision-making abilities are essential, along with adeptness in drafting emails with zero grammatical errors. You should be flexible to work in day and night shifts on a rotational basis, and the job types available include full-time, permanent, and fresher positions.
