Job Description (JD) - Customer Service Executive (CSE) | Business Loans Position: Customer Service Executive (CSE) - Business Loans Qualification: HSC (12th Pass) Mandatory Experience: Minimum 6 Months of Direct Sales / Mixed Sales Experience (BFSI preferred) Key ResponsibilitiesConnect with customers and explain business loan products. Generate leads and identify potential customers. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable loan solutions. Assist customers with documentation and loan applications. Follow up on leads and ensure timely loan processing. Maintain customer records and update CRM. Achieve monthly sales and productivity targets. Eligibility Criteria HSC Pass is Mandatory. Minimum 6 months of direct sales or mixed sales experience. Experience in BFSI, Loans, Banking, NBFC, Telecom, Insurance, or Sales preferred. Good communication and convincing skills. Comfortable working in a target-oriented environment. Preferred Candidate ProfileBusiness Loan, Personal Loan, LAP, Credit Card, or Banking sales experience. Strong customer handling and relationship-building skills. Salary: As per company norms + Attractive Incentives Location: As per requirement Must Have: HSC Pass + 6 Months Sales Experience. .
