Ensure that TAT is always maintained.
Timely response to the Client queries.
Maintain constructive relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to help achieve Business goals.
Ensure high quality customer service and NIL customer complaints.
Ensure NIL audit comments in audit review.
Educational Qualification:
Bachelors in Any Stream
Experience: 1 to 2 years of experience in handling Account Opening & related operations from Banking industry. .
