01Overview
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage a portfolio of Current Accounts (CASA) clients, identifying opportunities for growth and cross-selling other banking products.
- Acquire new CASA accounts through effective relationship management with existing customers and referrals.
- Process transactions, resolve customer queries, and maintain accurate records in the bank's systems.
- Meet or exceed monthly targets for account acquisition, retention, and revenue generation.
Job Requirements :
- 1-5 years of experience in branch banking or related field.
- Robust understanding of merchant acquiring processes and capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills for building strong relationships with clients. .
