- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality. - Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team. - Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project objectives and timely delivery. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Selenium. - Experience in designing and executing automated test scripts to ensure software quality and reliability. - Strong understanding of software development life cycle and agile methodologies. - Ability to integrate Selenium with various testing frameworks and continuous integration tools. - Familiarity with debugging, troubleshooting, and optimizing automated test suites. - Knowledge of scripting languages and version control systems to support automation efforts. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Selenium. - This position is based at our DDC5E - SEZ location. - A 15 years full time education is required. .
