- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Oversee the implementation of best practices and ensure adherence to project timelines. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall performance. - Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align project goals and deliverables. - Support junior team members by providing guidance and assistance in their tasks. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in OpenText ECM Tools, JavaScript, Customer Communication Management Solutions. - Strong experience in application design and configuration within enterprise content management environments. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to software applications. - Familiarity with integration techniques and working knowledge of software development life cycles. - Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering scalable and maintainable solutions. - Effective communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in OpenText ECM Tools. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full time education is required. .
