Custom Software Engineer - Workday Core HCM Specialist

- Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have Influencing and Advisory skills. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Lead the evaluation and integration of new technologies to improve application performance and user experience. - Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing within the team. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Core HCM. - Strong understanding of Workday Core HCM modules and their configuration. - Experience in designing and implementing business process frameworks within Workday. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues effectively. - Familiarity with integration techniques and tools related to Workday Core HCM. - Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive software solutions. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in Workday Core HCM. - This position is based at our Chennai office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
