01Responsibilities
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality. - Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster professional growth. - Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment of software development with business goals. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Python (Programming Language). - Strong experience in software design principles and application architecture. - Ability to develop scalable and maintainable code following best practices. - Familiarity with debugging, testing, and performance optimization techniques. - Experience working with version control systems and collaborative development environments. - Capability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Python (Programming Language). - This position is based at our CODC1A - SEZ location. - A 15 years full time education is required. .
